Templeton is a Passive House development of Dimex Group. Passive House is a kind of construction focused on sustainability and home comfort. By different types of wall materials, thinking on the outside environment, a Passive House construction is able to keep the same temperature inside, without needing a heater for the winter or air conditioner for the summer.

The challenge of this project was to explain how comfortable and economic can be when you live in a Passive House without going to the technical or engineer explanation direction

Solution
Focus on the feelings and advantages of leaving on this development was the main solution. Presenting the neighbourhood on a map, smart house devices, soundproof and temperature was the main project focus, besides the walls in layers with a friendly explanation of how it works and interaction to keep the user engaged with the project.
